Blue looks forward to welcome Chef Eom Tae-jun from Solbam, the renowned 1-Michelin Star restaurant from Korea, for an exclusive 4-hands dining experience on Saturday, 22 February 2025.
Solbam’s philosophy is deeply rooted in the harmony of nature, reflecting the essence of Korea’s seasonal landscapes through refined culinary artistry. Together with Chef Wilfrid Hocquet, this collaboration will celebrate the seamless fusion of French technique and Korean sensibility, offering a unique gastronomic experience where each dish tells a story of craftsmanship, tradition, and innovation.
For this special occasion, Chef Eom and our Executive Chef Wilfrid Hocquet have come together to craft an extraordinary 9-course menu, available for both lunch and dinner. A shorter 6-course version is also available for lunch only. This is a rare opportunity to experience a unique dialogue between Korean and French culinary excellence, created for one day only.
